LDEI Dallas Chapter members once again, had the honor of volunteering at the Annual Stewpot Ladies Holiday Luncheon. We cooked and served a 3 course meal for just under 100 homeless women. The holiday spirit was flowing , as these women enjoyed lunch, Sparkling Cider, and listened to live music provided by Denise Lee. Ashlee Hueston (with The Stewpot organization) wrote this......."One of the ladies when served her soup thought it was so delicious, asked for more, thinking it was the main and only course. When she learned that there was two more courses, she squealed with delight at the ‘spoiling.’ And, don’t we all deserve to be spoiled every now and then, gifted with something to enjoy and memories of it to get you through."
